01Failed generations
If a generation fails or the model refuses your prompt, the credits it used come back to your account automatically. You don’t need to ask. If those credits expired in the meantime, they come back as new credits valid for 30 days.
If you think a generation was charged by mistake, write to us at support@aventada.ai and we’ll look into it.
02Refunds for unused purchases
If you haven’t used any of the credits a purchase gave you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to a new subscription, a renewal and a credit top-up.
Write to support@aventada.ai from the email on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. The credits from that purchase are removed, and a refunded subscription is cancelled.
03Everything else
Apart from the cases above, payments are non-refundable. In particular, we don’t refund:
- a purchase once you’ve used credits from it;
- part of a billing period, including the remaining months of a yearly plan;
- credits that expired or weren’t used;
- the difference when you move to a smaller plan.
Credits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred. None of this limits the rights the law gives you (see below).
04Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. It stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Until then, you keep access and your plan credits. For yearly plans, cancelling stops the next yearly renewal. See our Terms of Service for how plans and credits work.
05Your legal rights
If you’re a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law may give you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service. Our refund for unused purchases is meant to honour that right. If you ask for the service to start straight away and then use credits, you may lose that right or get back only the part you haven’t used, as the law allows.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
06Disputed payments
If something looks wrong with a payment, please write to us before disputing it with your bank: we can usually fix it faster. While a dispute is open, we may suspend the account it concerns.
